1. Are your pieces made-to-order?

Yes. Every WERQ garment is crafted made-to-order to ensure precision, perfect fit, and zero excess production waste.

2. How long will my order take?

For orders within India: 5–7 business days (including processing + shipping).
International orders: 10–15 business days.

3. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer 2 to 14. Custom sizing is available on request.

4. Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Yes — we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, with tags intact.
Made-to-measure pieces are final sale.

5. What fabrics do you use?

All our garments are made using sustainably sourced cotton-blend suiting fabrics designed for comfort, durability, and a sharp tailored finish.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

7. How do I care for my WERQ pieces?

Dry clean preferred.
Gentle machine wash & medium iron for maintenance.

8. Can I order in bulk for teams or events?

Absolutely — we offer corporate, bulk, and custom orders.
