I created WERQ because I was tired of choosing between clothes that looked powerful and clothes that actually felt like me.
Everything felt too stiff, too masculine, too loud, or just… not made with women in mind.

I wanted workwear that felt strong and feminine. Tailored but comfortable. Clothes that didn’t swallow you or try too hard, pieces that simply let you show up as yourself.

So I started designing what I could never find.

WERQ grew from that place. From wanting women to feel good in what they wear, not for anyone else, but for themselves. Every piece in this brand is made with intention: clean lines, sculptural details, tailored fits, and fabrics that feel familiar and reliable.

We make everything made-to-order because I care about how things are created. I want less waste, better fits, and pieces that feel personal, not mass-produced.

I hope WERQ makes you feel the way it made me feel when I designed it: grounded, capable, and quietly powerful.
